What we collect
When you use the optimiser, the text of your request (your points balances and travel plans) is processed to generate recommendations. We aim to keep this minimal and do not require an account to get a recommendation.
How we use it
Your request is used to produce your result and to improve the quality of the product. If AI assistance is enabled, request text may be sent to our model provider to interpret your request and write the summary; it is not used to identify you.
Cookies & analytics
We use only what's needed to run the site and understand aggregate usage. Affiliate partners may set cookies when you click through to book a hotel, parking, insurance or similar.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold. Contact us to exercise these rights.
